Today in outdoor learning, Nursery, Reception & Year 1 made their own butter and raspberry jam from scratch. We shook double cream in jam jars until it turned into butter, which was great fun! We then cooked the jam over the open fire before toasting crumpets on the flames. We all enjoyed them warm with our homemade butter and jam… yum! 😊
